Germplasm
High-quality genetic diversity.
With more than 7,000 genetic crosses every year, Latitude develops germplasm adapted to the Cerrado, with maturity groups for the entire region and continuous selection across multiple environments. Our program combines field phenotyping, molecular analysis and more than 5 million data points to increase precision, accelerate knowledge generation and support better-informed decisions. Our priorities include yield, stability, resistance to diseases and nematodes, and the planned integration of different biotechnology platforms into elite germplasm.
